Enjoying the Smaller Size of Nutrisystem Meals

Now this doesn’t have to be a problem as long as you go about it the right way and use a positive mental attitude to help you through. After all, it was your decision to use this diet to lose weight and it is therefore up to you to make it work for you. here is a little help to make it easier.
The best way of coping with smaller meals is to make them feel like they are bigger than they really are. You can do that by changing your eating habits to match the smaller physical size of the meals. This is what you need to do in order to make it work:
First, get rid of all distractions such as newspapers, magazines, TV or radio. You are going to put one hundred percent of your attention onto the meal and eating it.
Second, only put half the amount of food onto your fork that you would normally place on it. Do this for each bite of food.
Third, after you have put the food in your mouth, put the fork down on the table and take your hand off it.
Fourth, as you put the bite of food in your mouth, take some time chewing it and noticing the flavors and textures of that food. Really do that and make a mental note of how it tastes and what you like about it.

Do this for every forkful of food and you’ll be amazed that your meal takes twice as long or more to eat and you will feel satisfied and full up after eating it!
